We believe in our richly diverse and successful natural environment. The Netherlands boasts a tremendous natural resource that we value. We want to introduce everyone in the Netherlands to game meat from the Dutch polders.

The Netherlands is a wonderful country for game such as geese and fallow deer. When populations become too large and threaten the local balance of nature, public safety, or agriculture and forestry, action is taken. This is done strictly regulated by wildlife management plans. Unfortunately, the “harvest” of wildlife management is often wasted, which is a shame! That’s why Hollands Wild processes the meat into delicious and easy-to-prepare products.
Game tastes very different than you might be used to. You can taste that the animal has lived in the wild and has always moved freely. You can tell by the dark color and the full, distinct flavor of the meat.
Because game has such a distinctive flavor, we also offer a number of entry-level products in our basic range. These products, such as Wild Sausage, Wild Burger , and Vurige Sausages , have a less intense gamey flavor and are also enjoyed by non-game eaters. They are also very quick and easy to prepare
