Goose meat and pork

Ingredients
: 55% Wild Goose Meat, Pork*, Water, Maple Syrup*, Herbs and Spices* (including Cumin, Black Pepper), Salt (Sodium Nitrite), Natural Antioxidants from Fruit & Herb Extract, Garum* (* = of Organic Origin)
Grab a saucepan and bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat. Place the sausage in its original packaging in the pan and heat for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
In recent years, the Netherlands has hosted over 3 million grazing birds during the winter, including various geese species. They lead a wonderfully free life, primarily in fields, grasslands, and nature reserves. Interventions are then implemented to restore the balance in local nature. This is strictly regulated based on regional wildlife management plans. In the case of geese, various methods are used. These include reducing the number of eggs per nest, hunting, and sometimes trapping. Unfortunately, the resulting “harvest” is often wasted.
