Venison

Ingredients
: 100% Venison.
Melt a knob of butter in a stewpan and brown the meat. Season to taste and reduce the heat when the meat is golden brown. Then add liquid, such as red wine, and cover the pan. Simmer for 1 hour, then season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
