Ingredients
: 100% Goose meat.
Heat butter in a skillet and brown the goose fillet for 1 minute on each side. Add butter and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat. Regularly spoon the butter over the fillet. Season with herbs of your choice. Enjoy!
